Salesperson Pre-License In-Class

Real Estate School of Georgia’s Pre-License course meets all requirements stated by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. All of our instructors are state certified and have been approved by the real estate commission.

Please be sure to check our “Class Schedule” page for a list of all our upcoming classes. All Pre-License Class will meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6 -10 pm.

Tuition is $450.00 which includes all your books. We do allow students to pay a $99.00 deposit to reserve their spot in the class, with the remaining balance to be paid 5 days before the class begins.

Broker Pre-License Class

Real Estate School of Georgia will be hosting a Broker Pre-License class in 2023 for American Real Estate University. Starting September 7, 2023, the class will be every Thursday from 9am – 4pm. Register Here!

Post License Class

Real Estate School of Georgia is now also offering a Salesperson Post License Class! The next class will be June 6, 2023 – June 22, 2023. The cost of this course is $149.00. Contact us to save your spot today!

License Law Class

Our next Real Estate License Law class will be TBD.  This qualifies for 3 CE hours. Registration required.
