Classes & Pricing

Salesperson Pre-License In-Class

Real Estate School of Georgia’s Pre-License course meets all requirements stated by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. All of our instructors are state certified and have been approved by the real estate commission.

Please be sure to check our “Class Schedule” page for a list of all our upcoming classes. All Pre-License Classes meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6PM -10PM.

Tuition is $450.00 which includes all your books. We do allow students to participate in a payment plan with $99 down and $132 to be paid every week until paid in full. This payment plan totals up to $495, with the extra $45 to accommodate the payment plan.

Broker Pre-License Class

Our class in 2025 is TBD.

Post License Class

Real Estate School of Georgia is now also offering a Salesperson Post License Class! The next class starts in June 2025. Registration to open in the Spring of 2025.

License Law Class

Our next Real Estate License Law class is TBA.  This qualifies for 3 CE hours. Please contact the office at 678-688-8182 for registration questions.

Continuing Education Classes

Real Estate School of Georgia offers bi-monthly Continuing Educations Classes through out the year.  Please check on our Facebook for updates and the upcoming classes.
